  • Apply tools from life coaching to build the habit of mindfulness in your day-to-day life

Program Description

The practice of mindfulness brings us face to face with a challenge: To meet our own naked self, exactly as we are. This requires us to be brave, and at the same time, gentle. Indeed these two together, bravery and gentleness, are a superlative combination to meet the challenges of our everyday life. The practice of mindfulness awakens and cultivates these natural strengths.

What to Bring

  • Meditation cushion or uplifted comfortable chair
  • A computer seating arrangement that allows you to be both relaxed and at the same time have a sense of uplift
  • Relaxed clothing
  • Water and other refreshments
  • Notepad and pen
