Program Description

One of the things that commonly feuls anxiety is accumulated stress. We we get overwhelmed being busy with too many things, and it becomes difficult to slow down and simply relax. Mindfulness provides a time-tested method that short-circuits the busy mind and helps us ground in the ordinary goodness of here and now. During this training you’ll learn how to practice mindfulness meditation, how to take the practice home and make it your own, and how to apply mindfulness to ease anxiety.

What to Bring

  • Meditation cushion or uplifted comfortable chair
  • A computer seating arrangement that allows you to be both relaxed and at the same time have a sense of uplift
  • Relaxed clothing
  • Water and other refreshments
  • Notepad and pen
